| 摘 要： | 中国学校体育正在发生着一场深刻的变革，这场变革具有鲜明的文化趋向：传统的学校体育课程的基本性质是“身体的教育”，而未来学校体育课程的性质应该是广义的文化教育，它不仅要向学生传授一定的知识、技能，而且还要将体育作为一种思维方式、行为方式和生活方式传授给学生。未来学校体育教育中的课外活动应该着眼于提高学生体育文化素养。实现学校体育新的工作目标首先要着眼于培养学生的体育意识，使学生树立正确的体育观并具有丰富的体育文化知识。

| Abstract: | An innovation is taking place in the college physical education (PE) in China, which has bright cultural tendency. The aim of the essential nature of traditional college physical education is to build up students' health. The future college physical education is to set up broad cultural education courses, which not only introduce knowledge and skills for students, but also teach them with physical education as a kind of thinking, behaviour and living way. Extra curricula activity should focus on improving the quality of the physical culture. The coming goal will be to cultivate and train their ability to take part in the physical education, but it is very important for student to obtain the knowledge of the physical culture. |
