普通车床加工时制和米制螺旋类零件的加工方法

摘    要:为了满足越来越多的单件小批生产中时制和米制螺旋类零件的加工需求,尤其是部分难度较大的螺旋类零件的加工工艺,根据多年来的现场实践和理论研究,就利用普通的车床和简便的加工方法解决此类问题展开了详细地阐述,例如,这类零件的加工设备的选择、大导程螺距的测量和不完整螺距的计算方法,以及按螺纹的齿型车削各种螺纹、按螺纹不同牙形角和牙型加工螺纹、多线螺旋类零件的分线方法等。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of machining more and more parts for the job-lot production, especially the whitworth thread and metric thread helical pieces, the article ,on the basis of the practical experiences and theory study, covers how to easily solve the problems by using general-purpose lathes, that is, how t9 choose right machines tools for these parts, how to measure the long-lead multiple-start helical spline, how to machine various screw threads according to the different thread angles or profiles and how to decide dividing of multiple- start spiral parts.
