| 摘 要： | 宪法有解释的必要性，并且可以被解释。国外比较典型的宪法解释模式为英美法系国家开创的宪法解释制度与大陆法系国家开创的宪法解释制度，并且各具特点。我国目前的宪法解释存在着种种不足，必须结合现实的国情，建立以全国人大常委会为解释主体的宪法解释制度，并使其不断完善。

| Abstract: | The constitutional law is necessary to be interpreted,and can be interpreted.There are two typical models of constitutional interpretation including the common law countries' such as UK,US,and France,and the civil law countries' as China.Each has its own characteristics.There are many problems about our nation' constitutional interpretation at present.China's constitutional interpretation must be established integrated with the conditions of our country and should be improved continuously,the NPC Standing Committee should be the main organ. |
