硫酸氢钠催化合成丁酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:硫酸氢钠是催化丁酸与丁醇酯化反应的良好催化剂,其最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为O.2g/0.1mol丁酸,酸醇摩尔比为1:3,反应时间1.5h,丁酸的酯化率可达99%.该催化剂催化效果好,使用量少,酯化率高,三废排放少,廉价易得,极有应用价值.

Abstract:Sodium hydrogen sulphate is a good catalyst on the esterification reaction of butyl butyrate. The most suitable conditions have been found. The optimum condition are selected as following: The weight of catalyst is 0.2g/0.1mol butylatic acid, the mole ratio of acid to alchol is 1:3 and the reaction time is 1.5h. The esterification of butylatic acid is about 99.0% .Experimental results showed that sodinm hydrogen sulphate is a excellent catalyst of the esterification reaction, with high catalytic activity, little amount, good esterification, little waste discarged. and low price. It is very valuable in practice.
