马斯洛人本主义教育思想与我国高校德育

摘    要:马斯洛人本主义教育思想具有尊重个人需要的教育价值取向,同时注重发挥个人潜能,注重教学过程中的情感教育;正视大学生的物质需要和精神需要,防止德育过分知识化,注意创设良好的学习环境,是马斯洛人本主义教育思想对我国高校德育的启示。

Abstract:Maslow humanist education thought takes the respect of individual needs as the education value orientation,gives full play to individual talents and emphasizes emotion education in the teaching process.Borrowing from Maslow humanist education thought,Chinese moral education should try to face up the students'matrial and spiritual needs,to prevent the excessive education of moral knowledge,to create good learning environment.
