| 摘 要： | 从科技期刊建设的实际出发,就如何用科学发展观引领科技期刊建设的创新发展进行了探讨,提出了坚持科学发展观,准确把握期刊的发展方向;坚持内涵式发展,牢固树立特色办刊理念;坚持可持续发展,不断提高期刊学术质量;坚持以人为本,充分调动读者的主观能动性等基本观点。
