| 摘 要： | 运用修订的“教师工作满意度问卷”（Teacher’s Job Satisfaction Inventory）对600多名中小学教师在教学满意、环境满意、升迁满意、收入满意、管理满意等5个方面的情况进行调查。研究结果发现：被调查教师对工作是基本满意的；总平均分之间不存在性别差异，但存在极其显著的城乡差异，农村教师较城市教师对教学工作更为满意；学校类型和任教学科对教师工作满意度总体上没有影响。

| Abstract: | A scientific designed inventory on teacher's job satisfaction in several districts of Gansu province has been done recently.And we gain t he following conclusions : the teacher s are mostly satisfied with their teaching,however,teachers from rural condition are more satisfied with the working condition nd their income,as t hey are more satisfied with the management and the chance of promotion. |
