| 摘 要： | 在制度稳定的西方市场经济中,推动市场结构演进的主要动力是技术创新、需求扩散等因素。然而对处于转轨时期的中国,仅仅分析技术和需求对于揭示中国的产业演进规律是不够的,制度变迁是一个重要变量。把市场化和民营化的制度变迁因素纳入分析框架,以产业生命周期为主线探讨经济转轨进程中一些竞争性产业市场结构演进的一般规律,对改进产业组织结构,提高产业组织效率有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | In western market economy,the main forces promoting the evolution of market structure are technology and demand diffusion.However,the analysis of technology and demands is hardly enough for the revelation of the laws governing the evolution of China's industry,making it necessary to take into account institutional transformation as a variable.Based on marketization and institutional transformation in the framework of analysis,and following the thread of industry life cycle,this paper explores the general rules of the evolution of competitive market structure in the process of transition which is of great significance to the improvementof the structure of enterprises and increase of its efficiency. |
