| 摘 要： | 面对中央苏区经常性爆发的各种传染病的威胁,苏区红军在极其艰苦的条件下成立了相关的医疗机构,加强对卫生防疫工作的领导和监督,使得整个红军的卫生防疫工作逐渐有组织、有计划、有目标地开展起来,有效推动了红军的卫生防疫工作逐步走上正轨;同时进行卫生防疫工作的宣传和相关知识的普及,广泛动员指战员积极参与卫生防疫,并制定了相关的规章制度,保障卫生防疫工作的实施.虽然当时的有些做法显得比较原始和简单,但它们确实起到了防止中央苏区传染病的大规模爆发和流行,对保障红军和苏区百姓的生命安全和健康发挥了极其重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Confronted with the threat of the frequent eruption of various contagious diseases in the Central Soviet Area,the Red Army established the corresponding medical institutions in extremely hard conditions,reinforced the leading and supervising institutes on the sanitary and anti-epidemic affair,and made the work of the whole Red Army's sanitary and anti-epidemic proceed organically,designedly,and purposefully,putting the work on track effectively.What's more,they publicized the affair,popularized the concerning knowledge,mobilized the officers and men extensively to join in the work and established relative rules and regulations to keep the work going.Actually,they had prevented the contagious diseases in the Central Soviet Area from a widespread eruption and popularity,played a most essential role in safeguarding the life safety and health of both the Red Army and common people in the area and gained a lot of precious experience,even though what they did seemed a little primitive and simple. |
