摘    要:大中小学思政课一体化是中央与地方高度重视的工作实践,也是学术界研究的前沿领域。教师是实施大中小学思政课一体化的最重要主体。从教师的视角切入,采用实证研究方法,对S市A区大中小学思政课一体化进行量化和质性分析。大中小学思政课教师的任教学段呈“金字塔型”分布,累积执教时间呈“哑铃型”分布,师资数量相对丰沛,但中坚力量较为缺乏。思政教师对大中小学思政课一体化的认知度、参与度和支持度三者彼此间存在显著正相关关系,对大中小学思政课一体化成效评价较高。就影响因素来讲,实证发现教师队伍专职化水平、工作年限与大中小学思政课一体化有显著相关性,教学环境水平、学段交流度与大中小学思政课一体化呈正相关关系。研究发现为推进大中小学思政课一体化的政策建议提供了依据。

A Study on the Effectiveness and Influencing Factors of the Integration of Ideological and Political Courses among Primary School, Secondary School, and College: From the Perspective of Teachers

Abstract:The integration of ideological and political courses among primary school, secondary school, and college is a work practice that the central and local governments attach great importance to, and it is also a frontier area of academic research. Teachers are the most important subject of implementing the integration of ideological and political courses among primary school, secondary school, and college. From the perspective of teachers, this paper analyzes the integration of ideological and political courses among primary school, secondary school, and college in District A of City S using quantitative and qualitative methods under empirical research. The number of teachers of ideological and political courses among college, secondary school and primary school is distributed in a "pyramid shape", and in terms of the cumulative teaching time, a "dumbbell shape" is distributed. With abundant numbers of teachers of the ideological and political courses, the backbone is relatively lacking. The teachers'' awareness, participation, and support for the integration of ideological and political courses among primary school, secondary school, and college are significantly positively correlated with each other, and the effectiveness of the integration of ideological and political courses is highly evaluated by teachers. In terms of influencing factors, the empirical findings show that the level of specialization of teaching staff and the number of years of teaching are significantly related to the integration of ideological and political courses, and the level of teaching environment and the degree of exchanges between the school stages are positively related to the integration of ideological and political courses. The research findings can be used as a basis for policy recommendations for advancing the integration of ideological and political courses among primary school, secondary school, and college.
