| 摘 要： | “十五”时期，徐州市的经济发展思路为：以运兴商、以商促工、工商促农、外向工拓、持续发展GDP增长速度保持在10%，以食品、机械、化学、建材、商贸业为支柱产业，形成一个中心城市，一片重点布局区域和两条经济带的经济布局格式。

| Abstract: | The economic developing plans during the Tenth Five-year-planning Term of Xuzhou are: promoting commerce by transportation; promoting industry by commerce; promoting agriculture by industry; adhering open-door policy and keeping sustenable development. The increasing rate of GDP is 10%. Relying on the mainstay industries of food, mechanis- m, chemistry and trade ect., the form of economic distribution of Xuzhou, with the city as the centre and the important de- veloping zones around and two economic belts closeby, is coming into being. |
