| 摘 要： | 构建非正规教育学习成果认证体系的是建立终身教育体系的重要手段,也是实现终身教育目标的关键。国外非正规教育学习成果认证的实践证明,构建非正规教育学习成果认证体系,是实现终身学习的重要因素。非正规教育学习成果认证体系的构建,制定成果认证标准体系是关键,加强认证组织机构建设是基础,完善政策制度建设是保障。

| Abstract: | Building certification system of non-formal education and learning achievements is an important means of constructing lifelong education system,is also key to achieving the goals of lifelong education.Certification of learning outcomes of non-formal education abroad practice shows that,constructing learning outcomes of non-formal education system,it is an essential element of lifelong learning.Constructing learning outcomes of non-formal education accreditation system,developing certification standards are key,strengthen the construction of certified organizations are based,perfect the policy system construction is protected. |
