| 摘 要： | 资金是企业经济运行的血液，是企业生存、发展的必要条件。我国中小企业在发展过程中，资金不足一直困扰着中小企业的发展。可通过加快现代企业制度建设，设立中小企业融资机构，拓展融资渠道和完善信用担保体系建设予以解决。
