现代远程教育环境下教师能力结构及其实现

摘    要:现代远程教育环境下,由于教育理念、教学手段、教学方法等的变化,对教师的能力结构提出新的要求。现代远程教育教师能力结构应包括教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学监控能力、教学评价能力、信息能力、教学研究能力和终身学习能力。为适应现代远程教育的发展需要,我们应当通过确立教师为本的管理模式,强化教师的发展性评估,建立教师资格认证制度,加强校本师资培训等措施,促进教师能力结构的转变和教学能力的提高。

Abstract:With the changes of educational ideas, teaching means and methods, open distance education gives new requirements to the ability structure of teachers. The structure includes teaching design ability, teaching implementation ability, teaching controlling ability, teaching assessment ability, information ability, teaching research ability and life- long learning ability. In order to meet the demands, we should speed up the change of the ability structure and improvement of teaching ability through defining teacher - centered management mode, strengthening development assessment on teachers, constructing the certifying system of teacher qualification and providing more training chances for teachers.
