| 摘 要： | 现代学校体育教学按照素质教育的要求和社会发展的需要，要充分体现教学的民主性、学生的自主性，体现学生的新思想、新见解、新方法。面对传统的体育教学，如何进行高校体育教学改革，以学生为本，提高学生终身体育意识是现代体育教学中的一个重要问题。
