| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育人才培养模式改革的核心是教学模式的改革，而从当今种种层面和现象来看，教学模式已成为人才培养模式改革的痛瓶颈。对于站在教学第一线的教师来说，在教学模式上大胆实践，勇于创新已刻不容缓。问题驱动导学模式就是在此环境下应运而生的。本文对此讨论三个问题：（1）问题驱动导学的模式构建；（二）问题驱动导学的具体实施；（三）问题驱动导学的主要特点。

| Abstract: | The core of the personnel training mode reform of the open distance education is actually the reform of the teaching mode. But according to all sorts of aspects and phenomena,the teaching mode has already become the bottleneck of the mode reform of personnel training. As we're teachers in the teaching forefront,it is very urgent for us to practice boldly and bring forth new ideas on the teaching mode. It is under this environment that the question-drive teaching mode is raised. This essay discusses the following three questions: (1)structure of question-drive teaching mode; (2)implementation of question-drive teaching mode; (3) the main characteristic of question drive teaching mode. |
