| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献法、专家访谈法、调查问卷等研究方法探析CUBA高水平运动员向职业化发展的制约因素，结果表明最主要的制约因素包括：CUBA联赛竞赛制度、人才培养机制、运动员的认知与心理因素以及自身条件与能力因素。本文进一步分析其存在的问题并提出相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, literature, logical analysis, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods of high -level athletes CUBA professional development to the constraints, the results show that the main constraints include： CUBA League contest system, personnel training mechanism, Athletes of the cognitive and psychological factors as well as local conditions and capacity factors. In this paper, further analysis of its existing problems and propose the development of countermeasures. |
