摘    要:构建现代远程开放教育教学管理模式当以人本化管理、规范化管理、网络化管理为取向。人本化管理是现代远程开放教育教学管理的灵魂与主导理念,体现在教学管理的全部策略与方法上,具体表现在全程服务、民主管理、亲情激励三个方面。规范化管理是现代远程开放教育教学管理的基础,它具体表现在制度约束、过程监控、协同运作三个方面。网络化管理是现代远程开放教育教学管理的手段。通过教务管理系统、电大在线教学平台、开放电子公务系统等管理系统,实现远程教学管理的自动化、网络化与智能化。

Abstract:The value orientation of teaching management pattern should be humanism management, standardization management and networkization management. Humanism management is the soul and leading part of teaching management of open education, running through every step of teaching management, reflected in its strategies and methods, namely, whole- process service, democratic management and cordinal stimulation. Standardization management is the basis of teaching management, including system controlling, process moniting and cooperative operating. Net workization, networkization and intelligentization o teaching management can be realized through educational administration system, on- line teaching platform and open office automation system, eat.
