| 摘 要： | 职业教育类型决定了高职人才培养类型,要培养高质量高职人才,必须聚焦学生的职业能力定位和培养。目前,高职学生职业能力定位模糊,缺乏有效的培养方法,对此,高职院校应树立能力本位育人观,构建高质量高职人才能力模型,推进教育教学改革,建设立体化思政教育体系和结构化“双师”队伍,全面提升学生综合职业能力,培养适应区域经济发展需求的高质量高职人才。

| Abstract: | The type of vocational education determines higher vocational cultivation type.If we want to cultivate high-quality vocational talents,higher vocational colleges must focus on the orientation and cultivation of vocational abilities.At present,the vocational ability orientation was fuzzy and lack of effective methods.In order to cultivate high quality vocational competencies to meet the need of regional economic development,higher vocational colleges should set up the concept of competency based education,construct high quality competency model,advance reform of education and teaching,build three-dimensional ideological and political education system,build a“double teachers”structured team,and comprehensively improve students’comprehensive vocational abilities. |
