| 摘 要： | 透过中国加入WTO的有关文件 ,我们看到中国新闻传播界遇到了前所未有的进一步改革开放、壮大发展、走向世界的机遇 ,也面临着西方国家同行进入中国或在海外市场同我激烈竞争、强存弱汰的严峻挑战。在未来可能出现的西方同行与我争夺新闻信息、媒介市场、广告、人才、资本等新闻传播资源 ,冲击我现行新闻监管手段及法规政策的情况下 ,要求目前流行的新闻传播观念作相应的改换和更新。

| Abstract: | Through studying the legal documents of China's entry into the WTO,we discover that China's journalism and communication industry faces unprecedented opportunities as well as challenges.Especially it encounters the challenges and competitions from foreign rivals in grabbing of communication resources like news information,media market share,advertisement,personnel and capital on both domestic and overseas markets.Such challenges impose pressure on the country's regulatory means and policies,and demand the industry to upgrade current communication concepts. |
