| 摘 要： | 目前中国报业的发展卡在了三个瓶颈口上 :只生不死 ,盘活资源难 ;条块分割 ,做大规模难 ;法律滞后 ,自主经营难。解决上述问题首要的是必须建立现代企业制度 ,要建立现代企业制度 ,必须明确报刊的属性 ,从根本上打破行业分割、部门分割、媒介分割、地区分割、资源分割、市场分割的“吃不饱、饿不死”的局面 ,实施行业发展战略 ,打造航母 ,准备与“狼”一争

| Abstract: | Currently,three bottlenecks hinder the development of China's newspaper industry:difficult to reinvigorate resources;difficult to form large scale due to regional separation;lagging legislation causing difficulties for self-operation.To solve these problems requires establishment of a modern corporate system.But firstly it is a must to define the property of newspapers and break up separation from the industrial,department,media,regional,resources and market basis,so as to carry on industrial strategy. |
