| 摘 要： | 此文改写了史学界认为东亚操觚者大会只召开过3届的定论,证实早在1940年2月21日即所谓日本建国2600年纪念日当天,即由日本东京市政府出面召开过一届会议,中国境内包括伪满、伪华北临时政府、伪华中维新政府、伪蒙疆自治政府、伪广州市公署等汉奸政权都曾派记者参加,是应为第一届东亚操觚者大会。此届大会因日本事先没有准备具体提案,因此最后并无实质性结果,但是日本政府通过会后周密安排中国的汉奸报人参观、考察各处工厂,向其展示日本的战争潜力,达到了为汉奸鼓气壮胆的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper rewrites the existing conclusion that Press Congress of East Asia Journalists has just been hold three times,conforming that there had been a predecessor held by Tokyo Municipal Government as early as on Feb.21st of 1940,which was the 2600th anniversary of Japan’s National Day.The several puppet regimes in China such as the Puppet Manchukuo,North China Temporary Government,Central Government Reform,Puppet Mangchukuo Regime,Puppet Guangzhou Municipal Government all sent their own press corps to participate in the congress.This congress obtained little achievement because of no feasible proposals put forward by the host country.But it demonstrated Japan’s economic strength and war making potential to Chinese traitor journalists,and further firmed their determinations to betray their motherland. |
