| 摘 要： | 网络时代的新闻实践为传统新闻有关“及时性”的规则及潜规则贡献了新的喻指 ,从理论本质及实务运作上重新给定了面向未来的新闻时代的另一个关键词———“全时性”。网络新闻时代的全时观对传统的新闻价值指向给予了重要的改进和统合 ,使其更深刻、更人本、更辩证地反映了新闻的时间意义。它在网络新闻实务中体现出全天候向度、全历史向度和全过程向度 ,并从绝对时间、及时度、后续度、首发时刻、相对时间等方面带来了丰富的有关时间技术的思考
