| 摘 要： | 本文是《北京青年报》总编辑张延平在“2 1世纪新闻学教育峰会”上的即兴演讲 ,其观点令人耳目一新。他提出目前中国报业最需要的三种人才 :一是既能跑动又有学问的人才 ;二是既会管版又会管人的人才 ;三是既懂媒体又懂经营的人才。作者同时还就媒体与高校的联合提出独到见解。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the adlib by ZHANG Yan-ping at a 21st century international summit on journalistic education.He puts forward that China's newspaper industry needs urgently three kinds of personnel:being both a campaigner and a scholar,and only when more scholars turn to be reporters,would the quality of journalists get a fundamental rise;being both capable of running pages and overseeing staff,such people could act as chief editors and are also the best choices for media's senior management;knowing both the media and the marketing.The author also gives unique ideas about co-operation between the media and universities. |
