| Abstract: | Right to listen to both sides is a kind of animal nature right.Becauseof its being too ancient,it is not liable to being infringed; because of its being not liable to being infringed, it had been ignored.But since the broadcasting media arises and,what's more,the antinomy of ideology between the East and the West,a lot of besieged cities of information take shapes in the international communication sphere.In the besieged cities the animal nature right of the public have been infringing.The global flooding of terrorism in recent years is closely bound up with the deprivation of the right to listen to both sides.Today is the very time to write the right to listen to both sides into the documents of the World Human Rights Committee. |
