| 摘 要： | 从宏观角度看 ,各国发展互联网事业的基本动力和影响要素是相似的———市场经济的力量、全球化浪潮、民主化社会体制、政府高度重视的信息产业拉动政策等 ,但各个国家和地区 ,互联网的发展往往展现出一些耐人寻味的特殊的轨迹。各国政府的作用、所在区域市场化的水平、不同的文化背景下的公众类型等因素 ,才是决定各国互联网事业“大餐”呈现不同色、香、味的特殊“作料”。

| Abstract: | To see from the macro angle,the basic power and element for countries to develop the Internet are similar-drive of the market economy,trend of globalization,democratic social system and the government's high attention toward the information industry and its policies.However,different countries and regions also show special traces for their development of the Internet industry.The government's role,the market level of the region where the country locates and the public's types under different cultural background are the reasons for their differences in the Internet industry. |
