| 摘 要： | 伴随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,数字化图书馆建设取得了长足的进步。在这一过程中文献信息的数字化、网络化以及信息共享的出现,难免会涉及到当代数字图书馆建设中的知识产权问题。数字图书馆服务的产生与发展同知识产权的保护问题紧密相关,应当以科学理性的态度来对待,合理处理二者之间的关系,用高科技手段加强对知识产权的合法性保护。
