| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆的基本服务是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。贵州数字图书馆的建成使用很好地发挥了其在文化建设中引导社会、教育人民和推动发展的功能,凸显了公共图书馆在实现资源共享、推进学习型社会建设、开展普遍均等服务、传播先进文化、提高全民素质以及促进社会和谐等方面的社会价值。

| Abstract: | The public library's basic service is the important part of public culture service system.Guizhou digital library played a good function of guiding society,educating people and promoting development in the culture construction sufficiently.It has revealed the public library's social value in the realizing share resource,promoting the building of a learning society,developing universal service,transmitting advanced culture,improving the quality of citizens,accelerating harmonious society and so on. |
