| 摘 要： | 对当前国内信息增值服务研究的基本情况，包括信息、知识与智慧的关系、信息增值的类型与模型等一般的理论问题，以及图书馆信息增值服务的类型、策略、原则和模式、方式和方法、基于新技术的信息增值服务、信息增值服务的案例研究及影响图书馆信息增值服务的因素等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述，并在此基础上对这一领域研究的特点与不足进行了总结与述评。
