| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆通过公共文化服务委托参与公共文化服务,既可以提高资源的利用效率,也可以提高其公共文化服务的积极性,同时通过规范的合同约束,来保障高校图书馆公共文化服务质量,并逐步建立高校图书馆公共文化服务的长效机制。高校图书馆参与公共文化服务委托还需要解决在参与资质、服务成本核算等现实问题。

| Abstract: | Through public cultural services entrusted to participate in public cultural service academic library can not only improve efficiency of resource utilization,also can improve its public cultural service enthusiasm,and at the same time through standard contract constraint to safeguard public cultural service quality of academic library and establish the long-term mechanism of public cultural services.Entrusted with participation in public cultural services of academic library in the need to resolve the realistic problems such the participation qualifications and service cost accounting. |
