| 摘 要： | 知识管理包括几个方面工作:建立知识库;促进员工的知识交流;建立尊重知识的内部环境;把知识作为资产来管理。电子资源采购借助知识管理有利于提高图书馆电子资源采购的决策效果、提高采购人员的业务素质和工作效率、提高图书馆电子资源采购的创新能力,最终提升电子资源的服务水平和服务质量,使图书馆馆藏资源建设更加科学化、合理化。文章结合深圳图书馆电子资源采购管理实践,分析了图书馆电子资源采购的特征,重点阐述了电子资源采购的流程管理、人员管理及实施策略。
