| 摘 要： | 图书馆资源包括人力资源,文献资源,网络基础资源等要素,文章通过对广东省29所高职院校图书馆的文献资源、网络基础设施、技术人员等资源的基本情况进行调查分析,指出了广东高职高专图书馆资源建设存在整体发展不均衡、文献资源缺乏、资金短缺、人员配置不够等问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Library resources consist of human resources,documentary resources,network resources and other factors. Based on the survey and analysis of the library resources of 29 Guangdong higher vocational schools,this article points out that there exist some problems in the construction of library resources of Guangdong higher vocational schools such as imbalance in development,shortage of documentary resources and funds,personnel allocation and others,and puts forward some countermeasures accordingly. |
