| 摘 要： | 《公共图书馆服务规范》作为我国国家推荐性规范,为检验公共图书馆服务效能与管理提供了技术依据。它以提升公共图书馆服务效能为重点,对公共图书馆服务的相关术语、服务资源、服务原则、服务宣传与监督等多个方面进行了界定和规范,同时也在馆藏资源质量、免费服务内容确定和服务环境等方面规范不全面或缺失。
