| Abstract: | Information resource sharing systems have been established among libraries worldwide since 20th century. However,. how to evaluate a sharing system is still a question without recognized answer. This paper discusses fundamental problems, key factors and operating problems on the evaluation of a resource sharing system. The accessibility, acquirability, and attainability of the information resource should be the most important factors in a sharing system. In this paper we show how to mark these accessible, acquirable attainable levels of the sharing system through case study of Shanghai science and technology literature resource sharing system. |
