| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析了政府信息商业性再利用运行机制的含义及其构成,提出运行机制是在一定的政策下,政府信息商业性再利用管理活动的内在机理及其运行方式。主要包括:法律机制、授权机制、监管机制、收费机制和信息传播机制等。最后分析了我国政府信息商业性再利用现状,提出了我国政府信息商业性再利用运行机制构成建议。

| Abstract: | This article firstly analyzes the meaning and composition of the operating mechanism of government information commercial reuse,including the legal mechanisms,authorization mechanisms,regulatory mechanisms,charging mechanisms,and information dissemination mechanisms.Finally,analyzes the present situation of China government information commercial reuse.Some recommendations on operating mechanism of China government information commercial reuse are put forward. |
