| 摘 要： | 图书馆制度作为信息组织、开发、传播、服务行为和图书馆主体发展的规则体系，无论是图书馆的信息活动内容还是信息活动形式，都受着图书馆主体伦理道德价值观的影响、指导和支配。图书馆制度伦理作为一种社会公共信息价值系统和规范文化，既为图书馆制度的形成、发展和变革提供了伦理价值基础和导向，又为图书馆制度的运作提供了伦理道德担保。

The library system ethics are the social public information value system and the normal culture that provide the ethics guarantee as well as the value foundation and direction for the form,development and change of the library system. |
