| 摘 要： | 推动社区阅读空间转型对吸引社区居民走进阅读空间、培养居民阅读兴趣、提升居民综合素质,进而实现物质文明和精神文明协同发展意义重大。新时代为社区阅读空间转型提供了新动力的同时也探索出其转型的三维实践机制:“连锁委托”“馆店融合”“管办分离”的建设、运营及管理机制。以当前社区阅读空间的发展状况来窥视今后的发展方向,提出社区阅读空间转型应实现“质”“量”协同、“效”“能”并重、“人”“物”一体的目标。

| Abstract: | Promoting the transformation of community reading space is of great significance for attracting community residents to enter the reading space,cultivating their interest in reading,improving their comprehensive quality,and realizing the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The new era not only provides new impetus for the transformation of community reading space,but also explores the three-dimensional practical mechanism of its transformation:the construction,operation and management mechanism of“chain commission”,“integration of libraries and stores”and“separation of management and operation”.Based on the current situation of the development of community reading space,this paper puts forward that the transformation of community reading space should realize the coordination of“quality”and“quantity”,equal importance of“efficiency”and“energy”,and integration of“people”and“things”. |
