| 摘 要： | 作者选择了120位公共图书馆馆长和300位读者,对一年来公共图书馆免费开放的现状和存在的问题进行了调查和分析,认为建立制度化的公共图书馆免费开放服务政策保障机制、重视基层公共图书馆服务网络建设、提高公共图书馆免费开放的公众知晓率、切实解决免费开放中的问题和拓展服务内容、培育服务品牌是公共图书馆免费开放服务可持续发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Through investigating 120 chief librarians and 300 readers,the authors investigated and analyzed the current situation and problems during one-year free service in public libraries.The results indicate that establishing systematic guarantee policies for free services,paying attention on construction of basic public libraries,improving the publicity of free services,solving the problems of free services,expanding the contents of free services,cultivating the brand services are critical aspects to sustainable development of free service in public libraries. |
