| Abstract: | The core values system of library is civilization transmission as the core,through education to improve citizens' cultural quality and information share in order to remedy the information gap,the protection of intangible cultural heritage to show the value system of contents of human history.It has been laid a theoretical basis for sustainable development of libraries in ethnic minority areas. |
