| 摘 要： | 日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务的出发点是振兴区域经济发展,其服务对象既有企业又包括具有商务需求的个人。十余年来,日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务取得了一定成绩,同时也促进了公共图书馆服务质量的提升。但尚存在一些问题,如未得到普及推广,开展力度不均衡现象等。日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务给我国的启示:对商务信息服务进行合理的定位、建立健全商务信息服务的合作机制、建设商务信息资源的导航库、培养商务支援服务的专业人员等。
