| 摘 要： | 论文介绍了美国图书馆法体系和联邦图书馆法的发展概况,从国家、社会、技术、用户等四个层面解读了美国图书馆法的发展,通过美国威斯康辛州的实例展示了联邦图书馆法的实践应用。最后,提出了对我国图书馆立法的若干建议。
