| 摘 要： | 针对湖南省社区图书馆存在的问题和现状,提出了湖南省校地共建社区图书馆联盟服务模式。这种模式对于社区图书馆建设和高校图书馆对外开放是最理想的一种方式,同时提出创建湖南省社区图书馆联盟并对共建社区图书馆联盟管理模式和如何创建和发展社区图书馆联盟提出了见解。

| Abstract: | According to the problems and present situation this paper proposes service pattern that university and community construct the community library alliance together in Hunan Province.This pattern is the most ideal way regarding the community library construction and the opening to the outside world of academic library,simultaneously proposes the foundation the community library alliance in Hunan Province and the opinion to found and develop the community library alliance. |
