| 摘 要： | 信息时代,残障人士、老年人等弱势群体在平等获取信息方面仍然存在着诸多困难和障碍。抚平数字鸿沟、打通数字服务的最后"一公里"成为实现信息普惠的关键一环。文章聚焦国内外信息无障碍和包容性数字服务相关研究,分析当前我国信息无障碍数字服务建设实践存在的问题,进而为建设以人为本的包容性信息服务,帮助弱势群体更好地融入信息社会,为实现信息普惠和数字公平提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the information age,there are still many difficulties and obstacles in equal access to information for vulnerable groups such as the disabled and the elderly.The key to realize information inclusion lies in smoothing the digital gap and opening up the last miles of digital services.This paper focuses on the research and practice progress of information accessibility and inclusive digital services,analyzes the problems existing in the current construction practice of information accessibility and digital services in China,and then puts forward suggestions to build a people-oriented inclusive information society,helping vulnerable groups to better integrate into the information society,and realizing information inclusion and digital equity. |
