| 摘 要： | 信息共享空间(IC)作为一种新型的服务模式正逐步被各高校图书馆所采纳,其服务评价也日益引起人们的重视。根据笔者建立的图书馆信息共享空间评价指标体系结构,本文试图运用模糊聚类分析法建立IC评价的数学模型,对国内外六所高校的信息共享空间进行调查、实例分析与评价比较,得出信息共享空间的评价结果,为组织机构、专家学者、用户以及工作人员准确评价IC与推广IC提供了一种新的理念和方法。

| Abstract: | As a kind of new service model,the Information Commons(IC) is adopted by university libraries,and its service evaluation also increasingly attracts people′s attention.According to the evaluation index system of information commons structured by the author,this paper tries to establish mathematical model of IC evaluation by analyzing fuzzy clustering.By investigating,analyzing and evaluating information commons of six universities,the author gets the evaluation result and offers other organizations,experts and scholars,customers and staff a new idea and method to accurately evaluate and promote the IC. |
