| 摘 要： | 安康市农家书屋建设走在了陕西省前列,在新农村建设中发挥了积极作用。但依然存在着诸如联系实际不够、体制不顺、运转不正常和发展基础薄弱等问题,折射出西部地区农家书屋建设还存在诸多令人担忧的问题。通过对问题的分析,提出了理顺领导体制、遵循其自身发展规律科学建设、发挥公共图书馆指导作用、建立面向西部地区公共服务均等化的财政体制和立法保障的发展对策。
