| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国开放存取学术资源发展及其现状的全面评述,系统探讨高校图书馆科学利用开放存取学术资源的措施体系。文章认为融入、宣传、引导以及馆际协同、联盟合作等应当成为高校图书馆应对开放存取环境的重要宏观策略。
