| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为知识和信息密集地,通过提供文献信息服务,充分体现图书馆及图书馆员服务增值与知识信息提供者的价值。文章运用文献调研、实证法、对比研究等方法,从管理理念、资源利用、法律保障、服务社会性等方面对中俄图书馆信息管理与服务进行多角度的比较分析,学习和借鉴国外特色做法,对于推进我国图书馆事业的健康发展具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | As the center of knowledge and information,library realizes its value by providing users with information and service.The following essay analyses the differences and similarities between Russian and Chinese library from the perspectives of management thought,resource utilization,legal protection and socialization of service by means of document survey,case study and comparison.It also concludes some practices and experience which are worthy of our learning. |
