| 摘 要： | 本文选择CNKI数据库,运用词频分析、共词分析、社会网络分析、信息可视化等文献计量学方法,对近10年来参考咨询研究成果的规模和增长态势、发表期刊、主要研究机构和作者、高频关键词和主要研究内容发展变化情况等进行了科学计量分析和可视化识别,揭示出了国内对参考咨询研究的关注程度、研究的主要内容、研究力量的分布以及存在的问题等。
