| 摘 要： | 信息资源共建共享已成为图书馆事业发展的主题和研究重点。以总分馆制为运行模式的区域图书馆集群管理服务体系就是在这一浪潮的推动下产生的。统一管理、共享资源、联合服务是其主要功能;共建共享、服务全区用户、技术支撑、协调持续发展是它建设的原则。体系的实现将对图书馆事业、社会、当地经济的发展和公民素质的提高产生重大影响。
