| 摘 要： | 我国高校图书馆开展社会服务的实践已进入快速发展阶段,但由于发展基础薄弱等原因,还存在开放程度不够深入、配套措施缺位、服务形式单一、社会认知度不高等现实问题。本文通过文献调研、网络调研、实地走访等多种综合研究方法了解国内外高校图书馆相关实践,借鉴活动理论的相关框架与内涵,明晰高校图书馆开展社会服务的系统要素,构建基于活动理论的高校图书馆社会服务要素框架模型。研究认为,高校图书馆开展社会服务应设置专职部门,并聘用专职工作人员;对服务对象应依据其地域特征进行合理划分;在明晰服务内容要素的基础上,构建智慧型社会服务平台;应加强法律制度、合作机制、人才规范、财政政策等制度的设计;强调社会全员参与,社会各部门协同分工。图3。参考文献38。

| Abstract: | The practice of university library s social service in China has entered a stage of rapid development.However,due to the weak foundation of development,there are still some practical problems,such as lack of openness,lack of supporting measures,single service pattern and low social awareness.By means of literature research,network research,field visits and other comprehensive research methods,and drawing on the relevant framework and connotation of activity theory,this paper constructs the systematic elements of university library s professional social service model.This paper holds that university libraries should set up full-time departments and employ full-time staff to carry out social services.University library should plan rationally according to their regional characteristics.On the basis of clarifying the elements of service content,they should construct intelligent social service platforms.Besides,they should strengthen the system design including legal system,cooperation mechanism,talent regulation,financial policy,etc.At last,the whole society should participate in the social service,and all sectors of the society should cooperate in the division of labor.3 figs.38 refs. |
